Can exercise be playful? Yes.

Al Cummings grew up playing competitive soccer and basketball, studied recreation and fitness, and worked for a corporate fitness company before opening his own studio.

He trains everyone from people who can barely get up off the couch to high performance athletes, and he believes exercise should feel more like play than work.
